you can see in this issue , it was published with the title of " Expert and Responsible
" this is because of Martyr Dr. Ghandi had gotten the first rank during
his studies in highschool, universities and upper levels . he had studied at
the American reputable universities and of course he had an important role in
the Islamic Association of students.
Not only he had studied at the Jurisprudence , but also he had learnt some modern fields such as : Electronic and Telecommunication Industry by the prominent professors .
So we could recognize martyr Ghandi az a hardworking man who not only , was active in science , knowledge and technology field, but also had an important role in the religious and cultural affairs .
He usually used the Philosophical topics of Martyr Motahhari and had a close relationship with Martyr Beheshti , Martyr Motahhari and Martyr Chamran .
Martyr Mahmoud Ghandi , was one of the members of Martyr Rajaei’s Governmental Cabinet that showed his Islamic activities during his life . he was the follower of Imam Khomeini .
Being thoughtful and scientific efforts were the most prominent martyr’s Ghandi’s character. He had reached the highest level of science. Finally he martyred beside Martyr Beheshti , Dr. Abbas Pour and Kalantari at the parliament while he was the minister of Telecommunication in 1360.
